Shipping Information

We always try our best to disclose the latest condition of the fish and check for their health before the shipment and we always here if you need help before or after the delivery of the fish.

We place extra special care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure every discus arrives safely and healthy to you. We use fully Styrofoam lined boxes, all fish will be use quadruple-bagged in aged water with opaque black liners and filled with pure oxygen, along with two or four heating pads, if needed.

 We only ship in the USA including Alaska, excluding PR and Hawaii. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs. Delivery expenses vary depending on destination, order size, and weight. When you call or email to place an order, we will quote you a shipping price.

We will shipping all of our fish with FedEx or UPS overnight to your door. The shipping box will be dropped off at FedEx or UPS in the evening and your order will typically arrive by 10:30 am the next morning. But some areas have a later delivery time.

Once your order has been completed. We will notify you via email that we have received your order and arrange your delivery day. Once we have secured a delivery date your discus will be separated into their ship out tank. Two days before your ship out date your discus will begin their conditioning period and be prepped for shipping. We ship out orders Monday through Thursday for delivery the next morning.
